Clay shooting starlet Tom McGregor showcased his undoubted potential by clinching victory in his age category at The Schools Challenge.
The event kicked off in spectacular fashion, with record numbers attending the Oxford leg of competition, open to competitors up to the age of 21.
Competing in his first national event, which attracted almost 200 entrants, the King Edward VI School pupil, who is trained by Phillip Thorrold, claimed victory in the Prep individual boys’ category (under-14), with an impressive score of 45 from 50 clays, beating Brody Woollard from Polesworth High School with 42, and Alex Wilkinson from Brineleas High School with 40. <Read More>
